Classes begin with a demonstration of the steps of basic wheel throwing. Then, you will have assisted time on the pottery wheel. Please note that long nails can inhibit throwing abilities and wearing clothing that can get messy is recommended for the course. There are two different class types detailed below. Please read these thoroughly before purchasing your tickets.

Adult Class- This class is an hour and a half long and is for ages 12 and up. This option can be taken by one person rather than 2, but we ask that you let us know through the website chat or email (allfiredupintusk@gmail.com) so that we can close the other ticket to your session. 

We will do all the setting up and have 1.5 lb portions of clay pre-wedged and ready for you to throw. Your class fee includes the trimming, first firing, glazing, and second firing of one piece per person. You may purchase additional pieces for $15 each.

We will trim your pieces for you, allow drying time, and fire them into bisque. You have 3 options for your piece: clear glaze, specialty glaze, one solid color. We will call or text you when they are ready.
